Before You Register

Documents & Team Composition

Required Documents

1Official school endorsement or approval letter
2Official team lineup signed or approved by the school
3Valid school ID of each player
4PSA birth certificate or other league-approved proof of age
5Certificate of enrollment, registration form, or school certification of current enrollment
6Signed parent or guardian consent and waiver form for all minors

All documents must be submitted before the team can be officially registered and players declared eligible. Incomplete submissions will not be processed.

Eligibility

Divisions & Composition

U17 Division

Born on or after Jan 1, 2009

15–20 players per team
Must be a bona fide enrolled student of the school
May represent only one school for the entire tournament
Guest, borrowed & non-enrolled players are strictly prohibited
🏆

U12 Division

Born on or after Jan 1, 2014

15–20 players per team
Must be a bona fide enrolled student of the school
May represent only one school for the entire tournament
Guest, borrowed & non-enrolled players are strictly prohibited

* Age is determined based on the player's age as of December 31, 2026. Any player found overage shall be declared ineligible.

Process

How to Register

Download the Template

Get the official SanoHoops team roster Excel template from the admin or contact the league coordinator.

Fill in Your Roster

Complete all player details — name, jersey number, position, height, weight, and birthdate. One row per player.

Prepare Required Documents

Gather all 6 required documents listed below. Scanned copies are accepted for initial submission.

04

Submit to the League

Send your completed roster file and documents to the league coordinator via email or hand-deliver to the official venue.

05

Await Confirmation

The league office will review your submission. Player eligibility will be confirmed within 3–5 business days.
