As of September 15, the latest MVP Index reveals a guard hierarchy dominated by scoring pressure, defensive disruption and winning influence—with GLA Team A occupying three of the top four positions.
1. Christian Mike Agua — GLA Team A 16.1 MVP Index | 16.0 PPG | 0.5 RPG | 1.8 APG
Agua sits at the summit as the league’s most potent scoring guard. His relentless downhill aggression and ability to manufacture points have made him the primary offensive accelerant behind GLA-A’s unbeaten campaign.
2. John Kayl Dumalag — SVI Ferrerians 14.5 MVP Index | 15.0 PPG | 2.8 RPG | 3.3 APG
Dumalag combines scoring with the strongest playmaking numbers among the top five. His 15 points and 3.3 assists per game illustrate a guard capable of generating offense for himself while manipulating defensive coverage for his teammates.

Bolotaulo has become GLA-A’s secondary blade. His recent 18-point performance on 9-of-10 shooting showcased a devastating level of efficiency—punishing defensive gaps without monopolizing possessions.
